This ancient carving is held to celebrate St Brendan’s voyage in a curragh to America, several centuries before Columbus. St Brendan is the patron saint of sailors and travelers.

Our co-founder Kathleen Smyth carved this design based on a 1,000-year-old standing stone. It has a carefully polished pure bronze finish with a ceramic resin cold-cast pouring.

Dimensions: 9 x 6 inches (22 x 15cm).
