These stunning boxes feature Scotland's national flower, the thistle. Each box contains approximately 16 mini shortbread biscuits. The roasted macadamia nuts give the biscuit a delicious flavor and an especially light, crisp texture. Taking even more care and time than with the larger biscuits, these "minis" are individually cut by hand using very small metal cutters, producing bite-sized biscuits that are compulsively delicious.
