The Fjord Scarf is a lightweight, finely knitted accessory made from 100% superfine merino wool—soft, breathable, and ideal for year-round wear. Featuring a playful fish motif, it’s crafted using a tubular jacquard technique that produces a clean, double-sided design with color and pattern visible on both faces. The result is a scarf that’s both intricate and easy to wear, blending marine-inspired charm with refined craftsmanship. Available in 12 fresh colorways, the Fjord Scarf adds character and movement to any accessories display.

Material: 100% Superfine Merino Wool Tubular jacquard knit with double-sided fish pattern Pairs well with matching Fjord Wristwarmers—ideal for coordinated gift sets or display groupings.

Fleur is the French for flower and this scarf takes its inspiration from all of the beautiful flowers found in Ireland, France and all throughout Europe.  Made from 100% soft virgin wool in County Clare, Ireland.  68" long by 13" wide. Easy drape and can be tied many different ways. 

Meet Our Vendor

We are Eugene and Anke McKernan, an Irish/German couple based in the West of Ireland and we have been making scarves for a very long time. We operate as a family-run business and our designs are sold in select boutiques, concept stores and museum shops throughout Ireland, Europe and North America.

When we began our handweaving company in 1985, we quickly understood that scarves would become our main focus. As a product, scarves have a high perceived value but for us they are also a canvas that allows us to express our artistry, love for color and appreciation of high-quality textiles. As for the customer, a scarf can both enhance and compliment a person’s complexion and outfit.

Together we design, weave, knit, warp, wind, beam, tie, unpick, mend, sew, link, wash, label, press, iron, steam. When all is done, we package the scarves and send them out into the world.
