Along the way we’ll stop at Drumcliffe Churchyard, which lies in the shadow of Benbulben and contains the final resting place of Nobel Laureate, W.B. Yeats. His simple headstone contains the words of his self-penned epitaph, “Cast a cold Eye on Life, on Death – Horseman pass by.” Leaving Sligo we’ll head to Westport, one of Irelands tidiest towns full of quaint shops, pubs and restaurants that make Westport officially "The Best Place to Live in Ireland." We’ll have opportunity to view the abundance of wildlife including birds and hawks, otters, mink, stoat, frogs, bats and much more.
