May 1st - October 31st: We are open from 10 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Seven Days a Week
November 1st - December 31st: We are open from 10 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday, 11 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Sunday
January 1st - April 30th: We are open 10 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Friday and Saturday, 11:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Sunday, 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Monday
Placing an Order
- If you have any questions while placing an order, please call us at (920) 868-3528 or email us at info@omearasirish.com.
- If you would like to change an order that has already been placed, please call us at (920) 868-3528 or email us at info@omearasirish.com.
- If you would like to cancel an order that has already been placed, please call us at (920) 868-3528 or email us at info@omearasirish.com and have your order number available if possible.
- Once we process your order, you will receive a shipping notification from either www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com. We will also happily trace your order for you at any point.
- Orders shipping within the state of Wisconsin will be charged a 5.5 percent sales tax.
Shipping and Delivery
- Stock orders typically ship within 24 hours. If there is a delay or a backorder, we will notify you via the email address provided on your order.
- We ship via UPS and USPS. Expedited shipping available. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- If you would like your order to be shipped to multiple locations, please email us at info@omearasirish.com. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- We do provide gift wrap free of charge. If your order is a gift, please let us know and we will wrap it for you.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you need to return any items purchased online, please return them via UPS or USPS within 30 days of your original purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number and include your full contact details, most especially your phone number should we have any questions for you. - If you would like to exchange an item for another item, please send to: O'Meara's Irish House, LLC, 3970 Main Street, P.O. Box 277, Fish Creek, WI 54212. Please specify which item you would like instead. Please be sure to reference your order number and include your full contact details, most especially your phone number should we have any questions for you.
- If you would prefer to return our exchange an item originally purchased online to our store, you may do so within the 30 day return period. We are located at 3970 Main Street (Route 42) Fish Creek, WI, 54212.
- Returns must be received within the same condition originally shipped. Clothing must be unworn and have all the tags still attached. CD's must be in original plastic wrap.
- Once returns are received within the 30 day period, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Refunds are processed through PayPal or credit card, depending on method of purchase.

- Where are your products made? Are all products imported from Ireland? The majority of the items in our store are made in Ireland, such as all of our wool sweaters, capes and accessories, fragrances, jewelry, Belleek China to name a few. We also carry a large range of sportswear (Guinness, etc) that comes from many sources around the world. Finally, we carry some small specialty products that are made in the U.S.A. We pride ourselves in bringing our customers the most authentic Irish and Irish themed products available. Our first choice is that our products be from Ireland or the United States. If you have any questions about where something is made, please let us know.
